1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dice & Dungeon Quests (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dice & Dungeon Quests provides AI-powered tools for tabletop game masters, including but not limited to encounter generation, quest creation, and worldbuilding tools. AI-generated content is provided as-is for creative and personal use.

3. Accounts

• • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• • One account per person — no account sharing

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• • Free plans include limited monthly usage as stated on the Pricing page
• • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• • All payments are processed by Stripe

4a. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at Diceanddungeonquests@gmail.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. We will process your refund promptly.

Please note: By starting to use a paid plan immediately after purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period has expired. If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the service has already begun, you may be charged for the portion of the service already provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a competing service
• • Submit inputs designed to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5a. Age Requirement & Mature Content

Dice & Dungeon Quests is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before registering.

AI-generated content may include themes common to tabletop fantasy roleplaying games, including fantasy violence, horror, moral ambiguity, and depictions of conflict. This content is fictional and intended for creative use in a gaming context. We do not generate sexually explicit content.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content is provided for your personal and commercial use. Content generated using SRD monsters is subject to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license. Dice & Dungeon Quests retains rights to the platform, design, and software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dice & Dungeon Quests shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
